OI-Net WP2, WP3 and WP4 work groups meetings in Barcelona 10-11 April 2014

OI-Net parallel workgroups for the Work Packages WP2, WP3 and WP4

  • Workking groups for WP2, WP3 and WP4 are running in parallel
  • The synchronicity of events has been ensured to facilitate the connections and exchanges between the OI-Net members and the networking as well.
  • Detailed agenda for each working group will be provided soon by the WP Leaders.
  • Arrival of participants is expected for the 10 Aptil noon, to benefit as much as possible of the afternoon of the Thursday 10th (to warm up on the topics, to attend various hands-on practical sessions on the networking tools and on the quality assurance process).
  • Preparing working discussions will then take place on the Thursday afternoon.
  • Dinner on the 10th evening is also organised by the OI-Net project
  • The intensive meeting (presentations, discussions and validations) will take place on the Friday 11th, with possible synthesis, at least between WP Leaders on Friday end of afternoon.
  • Lunch and Dinner on the Friday 11th are organised by the OI-Net project.
  • The ending time of the workgroups meeting is expected at 18:00 on the Friday 11th, except possibly for the WP Leaders (and the partners who wish to participate to the synthesis) for the synthesis/wrap-up session.
  • Partners can leave on the Saturday, the OI-Net project covers up to 2 overnights at the HCC Mont Blanc Hotel.

For each participant (from partner organisation), please register on-line here below. Normally, only one participant per partner organisation is expected. If a partner organisation wants to come at several particpants, it may not be sure that the project can cover (fully or even partilly) costs of the supplementary particpants. Please enquire at Justyna's if it is the case. You can still register several participants, who are more than welcome, but exact financial for the supplementary participants is not ensured at present stage.

The walking map from hotel: the place is on the beach and takes 21 min by metro from hotel, or 37 min walking. The other enjoyable alternative is to take a walk on the seafront which takes approx. 50 min but is beautiful :-)
