The OI-Net full partnership meeting starts from 14h30 on the Wednesday 11 June 2014 and ends on the Thursday 12 June 2014. A supplementary and optional working session is available on the Friday 13 June 2014 on the Akari platform in the morning and, possibly, on some workshops for the various Work Packages depending on their needs (please see with your WP leader for the WP 2, WP3, WP4 and WP5).

This particular meeting takes place in combination with the ISPIM conference (from 8 to 11 June 2014).

There is a special participation rate for the OI-Net members wishing to participate to the ISPIM conference (the same price as for the ISPIM members):
• The special rate is limited to people actually working on the OI-Net project (not every employee from a partnering organization).
• The deadline for registration and receipt of payment in ISPIM conference is April 25, 2014.

We encourage you to post any suggestion or topics to be developed at the Dublin OI-Net meeting via the dedicated discussion room in the forum.

ACCOMMODATION

For this particular meeting which takes place with combination with ISPIM conference, the OI-Net members are encouraged to book accommodation on their own and provide the travel claim as soon as possible for the costs reimbursement.

The OI-Net members can use the ISPIM link which includes a number of hotels close to the venue with specially negotiated rates (recommended hotel closest to the venue is Jury's Custom House).

There is a possibility to book the hotel accommodation using other online services with good prices – also highly recommended.

There is a possibility for Project Coordinator to organize the hotel accommodation. The exact price for the accommodation will be specified after confirmation of the final amount of interested people (the price not higher than specially negotiated rates by ISPIM). Deadline for registration: April 30, 2014
